Alicia's passion for knowledge has streamlined her from her career in nursing to a successful career in real estate. After 10 years as a registered nurse, she decided to set that career aside due to the demands of a growing family. In her free time, she would read about real estate trends in her area to simply "pass the time." Real estate quickly became her new obsession. Spending four years in Tampa and two years in Denver allowed her to develop a deeper understanding of other markets. She used those experiences and prior knowledge to help analyze various opportunities in central Arkansas. She truly believes that an investment in knowledge always pays the best interest and has used much of her knowledge in acquiring and managing her own properties. After 7 years away from the central Arkansas area, she is happy to be back home. When she is not working you may find her listening to audiobooks or relaxing music. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. Alicia is super excited to join the Adkins and Associates team.
