About Wally
After graduating from Hall High and then the U of A with a BA in marketing Wally managed the Arkansas loan portfolio for a large mortgage company and originated loans as well. In 1973, after passing the real estate brokers test he joined one of his clients, Coffman and Company as an associate broker. After having invested in real estate in Hillcrest and establishing a home there he opened Loveless Realty in 1976. A year later Lea Huddleston joined the firm and they became Loveless-Huddleston and held a strong market share for Hillcrest and the Stifft's Station area. They developed the Loveless-Huddleston building, a 12,000 retail/office building at the corner of Palm and Kavanaugh and grew a sales force of over a dozen full time sales agents as well as a property management department. In 1990 Wally joined Adkins, McNeill, Smith & Associates as an associate broker. Throughout the decades he has renovated numerous personal homes and multifamily investments and is able to share his insights with his clients in their renovation needs. He has spent countless hours helping clients prepare their home to sell. And with his experience in mortgage banking has a unique insight into residential lending. During theses past 50 years he has served on the board of directors of Arkansas Savings, as president and a board member of CARMLS, the Maumelle Watershed Policy Advisory Committee, is former chair of the ARA legislative committee, as trustee and former chair for the Arkansas Realtors PAC, has served since 2011 as a Federal Political Coordinator for the 2nd district congressmen Tim Griffin and French Hill. In the early years of the HIllcrest Residents Association he served on the board, and is a member of the Hillcrest Merchants Association. His son, Edward, joined him in 2004 and has excelled. Wally has been involved in Community Bible Study for over 22 years and currently serves as prayer chair. He and Ann raised 3 children who have produced 9 wonderful grandchildren. He is fully involved in serving families and individuals in making good decisions for real estate issues whether selling, maintaining the status quo, renovating, or investing. He and his son Edward have over 65 years combined experience and have expanded their expertise into neighboring communities, commercial or unimproved land.
