About Marci
After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003, I obtained my real estate license and partnered with my mom Beckie Sudduth. I was so blessed to have her mentorship and guidance as I was learning my profession. Fast forward 20 years and I’m still a licensed realtor working with my mom and couldn’t imagine another career. I love the opportunity I have to walk alongside my clients in a very exciting and sometimes scary time in their life. Selling or buying a home has so many moving parts that it can feel overwhelming. I have the chance not only to help others navigate the experience but also to understand the process. I have always had a passion for helping others and real estate allows me to live that passion out. I also thoroughly enjoy negotiation strategies and love discussing all the potential outcomes with sellers and buyers. Real estate has given me the chance to grow over the years since I’m always learning and every day is a new challenge to overcome! When I’m not at work, I serve as a volunteer with YoungLives, a nonprofit that is focused on helping teen moms in our community. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and kiddos on our Ferndale homestead where we raise sheep, chickens, keep bees, and have a huge garden. Life is an adventure and home is the place where you retreat! I love helping people find their place to call home.
