Admittedly, selling real estate in Arkansas for the last 36 years, with 23 of them working with the Adkins Team, has been a marathon of helping seller’s market & sell multiple homes throughout the years, buyers make many moves, solving problems that invariably come up between the inspection, overcoming credit issues, negotiating contracts, & fixing a myriad of unforeseen issues that evolve from buying or selling a home.
