About Rusty
I grew up in Texas. Graduated from Austin College with a Master of Education Degree in 1974. I taught and coached in Texas for 3 years. I moved to Arkansas in 1978. Since I have been involved in real estate sales here in Little Rock and Pulaski County. For over 30 years I managed and trained agents at three different companies here in Little Rock. In 2011, I merged my company ERA Armstrong Team with ERA Henley in Conway. I have recently been Executive Broker with ERA TEAM Real Estate. I am also a licensed real estate instructor and assist with teaching pre licensure, post license classes and continuing education classes by filling in at two different schools.
