I have heard so many different variations as to why now is a bad time to buy a home and rebuttals that say now is a good time to buy a home; but who's right?  Well, if you want the brass tax and the cold hard truth; no one knows for sure what the market is going to do.  There is not a predictor for a market like this because we haven't seen a market like this before. Even those who have been in the Real Estate Business for over 45 years cannot predict with any kind of certainty what the future state of the Real Estate Market is going to be in the short term or in the long term. Whenever you are looking to buy a home, car, or take out an installment loan of any kind; the chances are very likely you will need to know what your credit score is in order to know if you are receiving the best deal with regards to special finance offers and interest rates. I have heard it all my life that you should closely monitor your credit score and your credit report for any mistakes or to see if any fraudulent activity has been initiated with your identity without your knowledge. It was around Christmas time 2021 and Kathy had always wanted to stay in a haunted hotel overnight.
